Take Control of Your Life
Work, school, family, relationships, physical fitness. . . Balancing life in 2020 can be challenging. Especially when you need fresh perspective on lingering issues or support through those thorny patches that snag us all. I have been helping people for years in dealing with depression and anxiety, marital issues, addiction, family problems, grief and loss, domestic violence, post traumatic stress and more. Since I have a great deal of experience in sports and the performing arts, I can relate to the issues athletes and performers face. I can also use this experience to help you help yourself. Training your emotional system and your reactions to events is just as possible as training an athlete or performer give a great performance.
I can help you with weight loss, self-esteem, and motivation, fitness ups-and-downs, marital problems, guiding your children and family through tough times, Autistic Spectrum Disorders, and other childhood behavioral issues. I have a special respect for our United States Military and have worked on bases, living side-by-side with the brave people protecting our country. I know the unique challenges our military and their families face today... deployment, and post deployment. I can help you and your family.
